2. Mail a check drawn on a US bank made payable to "OPAM" for the appropriate registration amount to:

Registration fees:

• Faculty: $20 ($25 if paid after 15 October)
• Post-docs: $15 ($20 if paid after 15 October)
• Students: $10 ($15 if paid after 15 October)

NOTE: Foreign attendees without a US bank account may pay the reduced rate at the door if they pre-register before 15 October.
