Sponsoring OPAM emphasizes your commitment to supporting the scientific endeavors of early-career researchers (see infographic!), and fostering networking opportunities for individuals who will be on the market for graduate studies, postdoctoral positions, and faculty appointments. Typical sponsors include academic departments, software companies, and other research institutions. If your organization is interested in supporting OPAM, please contact us at opam.info@gmail.com as soon as possible!

Sponsorship includes:

  • Web presence: We provide a link from the front page of OPAM’s website to your website, with your logo prominently displayed throughout the 2019 year. Our website gets a great deal of traffic throughout the year, especially in the weeks leading up to the meeting.
  • E-mail exposure: We send out various e-mails about the meeting throughout the year, which always include thanking our current sponsors by name. E-mails to the “visionlist” and “cvnet” mailing lists reach thousands of individuals.
  • Meeting spotlight: We explicitly thank our sponsors during the opening and closing remarks of our meeting. We also display our sponsors’ logos in a PowerPoint presentation during session breaks, reaching ~300 meeting attendees.
  • Program book visibility: We publish your advertisement in our program book, and hard copies of this program are provided to attendees at our annual meeting. Online copies are downloaded numerous times each year from our website, and programs remain hosted on our website indefinitely.
