Our OPAM 28 Keynote Speaker, Frank Tong, has provided a copy of his chapter, Foundations of Vision, from Volume 2 of Sensation, Perception, and Attention in Stevens’ Handbook of Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience.
